Iam having doubt! whether to take service tax input in case of telephone bills we paid? if that company is giving services by way of information technology?

Service tax input on telephone bills can be taken

Service tax input credit can be availed on the payment of telephone bills provided bill should be in the name of the company or firm who is going to take the benefit of input service tax credit.
