hello, I am going to join in listed company and in the last round of recuiting process they asked me about salary certificate and salary slip of at least 3 months and i am unable to produce his these two document. .1.would u like to suggest me that what should i say or do... .2.what is the HR policy of listed company they will not appoint any person without these document..

These are the procedural documents for checking the truthfulness of your previous employment & salary details which you told in interview & mentioned in resume.
Based on company HR policy it may be considered. most of the companies this is mandatory documents only.
