About pf and esi regarding an interior designers co.

08 August 2012 Dear Experts,
We are basically from Interior Designers Co. We have small co(less thn 20 employee) and we dnt deduct PF and ESI from employee's Salary.
We are taking a contract but they want to deduct PF and ESI..I want to knw d reason behind it.. Plz help me..

08 August 2012 You'd better opt for voluntary registration for both the PF & ESI. Companies prefer to enter into contracts with units that are fair and square with their employees - a part of the CSR.
