what is form no.15 g and who is liable for this type of form

15 g is a form for no deduction of tds.
there is no any liable there is eligible because of if someone income is below taxable limit and he got any income from any person and come with the area of tds then he can give form 15g duly signed for no deduction of tax.

15h for 60 and above
