24 December 2008 F form is issued to claim consignment sale or branch transfer.
Sales tax or vat is paid by the consignment agent or branch on sale of such goods.

Furnish the details of goods received or to be received against "C" form to concened officer to get the "c" form .

24 December 2008 I TAKE AN OPPORTUNITY TO ALSO CORRECT
CA R N MOHIL. THE LATEST PROEDURE IS THAT WE GET ONE "C" FORM PER SUPPLIER PARTY PER QUARTER, & IT IS GIVEN ONLY VERIFYING THE DETAILS OF ACTUAL PURCHASE BILLS. SO WHAT YOU HAVE SAID FURNISHING OF DETAILS OF GOODS TO BE RECEIVED FOR PROCURING "C" FORM WILL NOT BE VALID FOR GETTING "C" FORM. BUT ONLY ACTUAL PURCHASE DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED.
"F" FORM IS GIVEN BY BRANCH TO OTHER BRANCH,H/O INCASE OF MATERIAL TRANSFER
