A company retrench his employee without prior notice after serving 15 months of continuing service from Feb 2015 to 31st March 2016 showing reason redundant post and as a compensation paid as per ID Act 1 month salary +15 days compensation + leave encasement but minimum bonus not paid while his basic salary + DA below 10K.
after complaining company denied to pay statutory bonus as per minimum bonus act and said that this part is not contain of your offer letter while job was full time permanent nature.
employee is eligible for bonus or not, if yes then what should to do still employee seeking new job around two months.
