my brother having income of 108000 in dubai,and he is there from last two years..salary deposite there in dubai.
he has indian pan card..
now he want to file return in India...
whether he can file so..??nd if yes what would be the tax rate aplicable..
and what would be tax amt...?
please do the needful..

Yes, he can file the return in India. The tax is required to be computed as per his "Residential Status" calculated as per Income Tax Act, India. ( Prima facie, he is Non Resident and his Dubai income is NOT taxable in India)

What do you mean by "entire income", please specify. (The income earned in India is taxable in all the cases of residential status viz. Resident, Not ordinarily resident and Non Resident) ITR 2 or 2A as the case may be, be filed. http://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/

thank you honorable sir.. all the income means entire salary income earned in dubai deposited there in dubai's bank account is exempt in India? he is an Indian origin,but he is there at dubai for last about to two years..

thank you sir.. thank you for your kind help.. sir which itr should I choose for? and which section is to be used? bcz when I using itr1 and show annual salary income of 13,00,000 and I choose residential status as "non resident" and calculate tax tax,then it shows tax liabilities of of Rs. 200,000 plus .. what should I do?
