Sir, An individual has obtained a PAN card in India long back and he has become a NRI and citizen of UK for more than 20 years. He is earning taxable rental income in India. Can he use the old Individual PAN number for filing I-Tax Returns? Or should he obtain a new PAN for NRI status?
