We are a LTD Co. and having business of Man Power Supply in Various concerns of India and claim Service Tax on Man Power is 12.36% I would like to know that 25% abatment class would be applicable or not?

05 March 2013 No since you are a body corporate the client need not pay the ST. You need to continue to charge 12.36%.
