Amendment In Companies Incorporation Rules Extension Of Reservation Of Name
CSPAYAL SOMANI 02 January 2021 at 15:14MCA has introduced Rule 9A i.e. Extension of Reservation of Name in certain cases. This relaxation has been given to use reserved names up to 60 days from the date of approval of the name, on payment of specific fees.
