I am residing in Pune, i have completed my graducation in 2000. I have a total working experience of 12 years in Accounts and Taxation. I want to become a CA without leaving my job. Please provide help me, what is the prodecure, how to manage etc.

Mr Deepak ji i u wish to be Ca then u have to Clear CPT then u have to Go for 3.5 years Articleship Trainning from CA firm. and u have to Clear PCC and Final. Therefore in mu opinion y will have to leave ur Job to join CA.
