I, Divyam Parbhakar, am an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. I have entered in to CS practice recently after obtaining wide variety of experience in Finance, Accounts, exports and Secretarial related matters by working in renowned business organizations in Ludhiana. During my service in renowned business organizations, I was fortunate to gain rich and valuable expertise and practical knowledge in both Secretarial, legal and compliance matters.
