Gupta & Associates is a practicing proprietorship firm, founded in Feb 2014.The firm has specialization in providing high quality services and practicing in diverse areas such as Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, RBI, Listing Compliances, etc. The firm has eminent clients including listed companies, private and public companies and renders them advice on various aspects. The firm is owned by Mr. Prashant Gupta. He is a Bachelor of Physics and the Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
