Sub: Clarification on SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/OIAE/IGRD/CIR/P/2020/
1. SEBI Issued a Circular SEBI/HO/OIAE/IGRD/CIR/P/2020/
2. In respect of Paras 16, 27, 32 and Point 2c of Annexure -1 to the said circular, please read the words “promoter and promoter group” and “promoter/promoter group” as “promoter(s)”.
3. This Circular is issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 11(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 to protect the interests of investors in securities and to promote the development of, and to regulate the securities market.
