The incumbent is to look after content development work relating to publication of ‘Chartered Secretary’, Student Company Secretary and Foundation Course Student Bulletin and any other journal to be published in future, all digital/electronic publications like ‘Chartered Secretary’ CD, CS updates etc., Study materials, Books and other documents being published from time to time. In the process he/she is to ensure the benchmark quality level along with time schedule followed by the Institute. He/She is to work very closely and concurrently with academic and research team of the Institute towards bringing world class publications for the Institute either through inhouse facilities or by outsourcing.
The incumbent should possess expert knowledge on content development relating to publications on Trade, Industry and Profession, more particularly having practical exposure in Corporate Laws and Management is desired. The Institute expects a multi-skilled person having strong academic exposure together with practical corporate knowledge to man this position.
Job Profile for 2nd position
The incumbent is to look after studies of the Company Secretaryship Course in the areas of Economics, Finance and Taxation. The incumbent is to develop, finalise and maintain quality study materials on the above areas. He/She will also be responsible for timely preparation of various academic inputs required from time to time.
In addition, he/she is to develop and provide contents relating to above subject for various publications of the Institute.
The incumbent should possess expert knowledge on content development relating to different aspects of Economics, Finance and Taxation. He/She should also have exposure in Trade, Industry and Profession. The Institute expects a multi-skilled person having strong academic exposure together with practical corporate knowledge to man this position. |

Job Profile
True research is creation of knowledge and not mere data mining, copying and pasting. After vast and intensive reading, understanding and teaching, Research Officers should be able to frame and explore hypothesis through research methodologies like questionnaires; organizational surveys; interviewing; interaction with groups; etc. They will write research publications showing creation of knowledge useful for practical application by corporates. They will learn, teach, interact in newly developing ways. They should be conversant with electronic and digital audio-visual apparatus. Ideally they will show minds that are not set but open and able to break barriers and dissect new knowledge. They will ideate and pursue new ideas into practical corporate world exploring their application, confirming or disproving hypothesis. Knowledge of algebra, calculus and coordinate geometry will be an added advantage.

He will also manage/control the activities relating to oral coaching classes/centers. |
