Whereas, the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner. Meenu Kumarr has reasons to believe that you, Shri Sunil Mahalawat, Chartered Accountant, age about 29 years, son/ daughter of Shri Shri Rajender Singh, and address Village & Post- Jharsa, Patti Chopra, Near Shiv Mandir, Gurugrarn Haryana-122003 have committed an offence specified in clause (a) or clause (b) or clause (c) or clause (d) of subsection (1) of section 132 of the Central Goods and Service Tax, 2017 which is punishable under clause (i) or (0) of sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) of the said section.
2. I, Rajesh Shrivastava, Superintendent Office of the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner, CGST Room no. 4, Anti Evasion Branch, Plot no. 36-37, Sector-32, Gurugram, being duly authorized, hereby arrest you today at 7:50:PM on 2022-05-18 00:00:00.0 at Gurugram finder Section 69 of the said Act.
3. Accordingly, Shri Shri Sunil Mahalawat son/daughter of Shri Rajendra Singh has been placed under arrest and he has been explained the grounds of his arrest. He was also informed about his right to have someone informed about his arrest and Sh./Ms Chetse44htaaoat has been informed about his arrest.
