This Order shall dispose of all the above appeals of Assessee, Departmental Appeals and Cross Objections filed by the Assessee for the above assessment years.

2. We have heard the Learned Representatives of both the parties through video conferencing.

3. Learned Counsel for the Assessee submitted that assessee has availed the benefit of VIVAD SE VISHWAS SCHEME, 2020 in all the above matters and has made a declaration in prescribed Form No.1 with the Government ofIndia. He has submitted that the Designated Authority hasissued the Orders for the above assessment years confirming the settlement of the issues involved in the abovecross-appeals. He has submitted that Assessee’s appeals as  well as cross objections may be dismissed as withdrawn and Departmental Appeals may be disposed of accordingly.

4. In view of the above, all the appeals of the Assessee along with Cross Objections are dismissed as withdrawn and Departmental Appeals are disposed of accordingly.

5. In the result, all the appeals of the Assessee along with Cross Objections are dismissed as withdrawn and Departmental Appeals are disposed of accordingly.
