This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order passed by the CIT(Appeals)-2, Kolhapur on 21.12.2016 in relation to the assessment year 2012-13.

2. Before us, the assessee has filed a letter dated 26th October, 2020 seeking withdrawal of the appeal. The relevant content of such letter reads as under:

“We refer to the captioned appeal (ITA No.913/PUN/2017) before the Hon‟ble „A‟ Bench. In this regard, the appellant would like submit to your Honours that the appellant has opted for Vivad se Vishwas Scheme and settled the dispute. The appellant wishes to withdraw the above appeal so as to comply with the said scheme. The appellant has received Form 3 from the Designated Authority. The Form 3 is attached herewith as Annexure 1 for your honor reference.

We therefore request that the above appeal may kindly be allowed to be withdrawn.”
