This appeal by assessee has been directed against the order of Ld. CIT(Appeals)-18, New Delhi dated 13.03.2019 for AY 2015-16.

2. We have heard Ld. Representatives of both the parties through Video Conferencing.

3. Ld. Counsel for assessee at the outset stated that assessee hassettled the matter under Vivaad se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and Form No. 3 has also been issued in favour of the assessee. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

4. In view of the above, the appeal of assessee was dismissed as withdrawn.
