2. Process focused approach in performing activity whether in Internal audit / Tax Reviews
3. Moderate to Strong MS-Excel Skill ( with ability to use look-up and index functions and use of PIVOT) and Power-point
4. Motivate to learn and focuses on completing the task
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage a team
6. Ability to work under strict deadlines and demanding client conditions
1. Work with the team of Article / Paid assistants to execute Statutory Audit / Internal Audit of i-GAAP / IndAS accounting engagements and Tax related services
2. Work with practice heads / partners / directors with regard to drafting reply for submissions and opinons
3. Work closely with the Firm's Directors / Partners for implementation of organizational plans and processes
4. Build and manage a team of Audit / Tax Professionals and Trainees
5. Ability to work under strict deadlines and demanding client conditions
6. Willingness to travel within India on any engagements
