CA Final candidate or a qualified Chartered Accountant.
A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance is preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and tax laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and financial modeling is an advantage.
Financial Statement Preparation & Review:
Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Audit Support:
Assist in planning and executing internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Conduct reconciliations and verify financial data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
Prepare audit work papers and assist in documenting audit findings.
Taxation and Statutory Compliance:
Prepare and file tax returns (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.) as required.
Assist in the compliance process with statutory requirements under the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act, etc.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulatory guidelines.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct ratio and variance analysis, prepare MIS reports, and support budgeting and forecasting exercises.
Assist in preparing detailed financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Research & Documentation:
Research regulatory updates, accounting standards, and tax regulations to support business decisions.
Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping in line with internal controls and compliance policies.
Client and Team Coordination:
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding financial queries and project updates.
Provide timely support on ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed by senior staff.
