Practical knowledge of Accounts with Indian Accounting Standards;
Familiar with statutory compliances of Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise and Service Tax (preferable);
Proficiency in MS office and Tally.ERP;
Good oral and written communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
a) Manage the overall finance & accounts strategy for the organisation including AR, AP, annual operation plan, cash flow planning etc;
b) Vendor empanelment & negotiations rate contracts & MOU's with vendors.;
c) Employees payroll processing;
