We are looking for a talented and skillful Manager- Tax and Audit
who is well-versed in the basics of accounting, audit, and taxes. The understanding of the subject matter should be excellent.
Work Profile:
Direct Tax
• Proficient in income tax computation of corporate, partnership, and individual taxes including corporate reorganizations, surplus distributions, etc.
• Identifying litigation strategy to handle tax disputes
• Drafting of Appeals, submission and representation before Tax/Appellate Authorities
• Appearing before the income-tax authorities on routine matters
• Technical research and identifying solutions or alternatives to tax issues
• Handling Transfer Pricing Audit and International Taxation related work
Audit
• Responsible for working with multiple clients and communicating issues that arise during the audit engagement.
• Must be capable of thinking through and improving complex business processes, both financial and operational.
• Contribute to development and execution of audit strategy from planning to report.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, thus driving client satisfaction.
• Research, understand and apply complex accounting concepts and auditing procedures.
