• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant professional certifications.
• Minimum 2 (Two) years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a CA firm or consulting environment. Freshers having requisite exposure and experience may also apply.

As a Chartered Accountant (CA) in our firm, you will play a crucial role in providing professional services to our clients. Your expertise will be utilized in various financial management tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering high-quality financial and taxation advice. You will work closely with clients from diverse industries, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs while maintaining the highest ethical standards. You will be directly reporting to the partner.
Responsibilities:
1) Income Tax Planning and Compliance:
a) Developing tax strategies to optimize clients' tax positions while ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
b) Preparing and filing tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations.
c) Advising clients on tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
2) GST Compliances :
a) Developing tax strategies to optimize clients' tax positions while ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
b) Preparing and filing GST returns.
c) Advising clients on GST implications of business decisions and transactions.
3) Representation Services :
a) Preparation and submission of reply to notices and querries by the Tax Departments at various forums
b) Assist client in tax assessments and investigation proceedings by preparing necessary documentation and representing before tax authorities, as required.
4) Financial Analysis and Reporting:
a) Conducting comprehensive financial analysis for clients, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
b) Generating detailed financial reports and providing insights into financial performance.
c) Advising clients on financial strategies and opportunities for improvement.
5) Auditing and Assurance:
a) Performing audits of financial statements in accordance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
b) Identifying and addressing audit risks and discrepancies.
c) Providing recommendations for enhancing internal controls and operational efficiency.
6) Advisory Services:
a) Providing expert financial advice to clients on various matters such as taxation, financing, investment opportunities, and risk management.
b) Conducting financial due diligence for clients considering business transactions.
c) Assisting clients with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
7) Regulatory Compliance:
a) Staying updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
b) Ensuring clients' compliance with regulatory requirements, including GAAP and tax laws.
c) Advising clients on regulatory changes and their impact on financial reporting and operations.
8) Client Relationship Management:
a) Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and providing personalized financial solutions.
