Qualifications:
1. Chartered Accountant.
2. A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity, preferably within a publicly traded company.
3. Profound knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., Ind-AS), securities laws, and stock exchange regulations.
4. Demonstrated experience in managing investor relations, equity and debt financing, and M&A transactions.
5. Strong expertise in risk management, corporate governance, and financial controls.
6. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
7. Unwavering commitment to ethical leadership and maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
8. Adaptability and dedication to continuous learning in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

Desirable candidates should possess excellent inter-personal communication written & verbal communication skills. Should be possessing hardworking and positive attitude towards value addition to the firm. Should not have any movement constraints in terms of timing and place of working. Candidates should be conversant with Company Law & Taxation Matters. Should have hands on experience in Tally ERP & accounting aspects of various entities. Basic exposure of Financial Analysis, CAG, Statutory, & Internal Audits, Direct & Indirect Tax advisory services is desirable. Proficient use of Microsoft Office is must .
