CA Final candidate or a qualified Chartered Accountant.
A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance is preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and tax laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and financial modeling is an advantage.
Skills & Experience : Reqd. IPC / IPCC
Accounting Knowledge:
A strong grasp of accounting principles, including journal entries, financial statement preparation, and bookkeeping.
Audit and Assurance:
Understanding of audit procedures, risk assessment, internal control evaluation, and compliance requirements.
Taxation:
Familiarity with income tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, along with the ability to prepare tax returns and manage tax-related documentation.
Financial Analysis:
Ability to analyze financial data, perform ratio analysis, and prepare management reports.
Regulatory Awareness:
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations (e.g., Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act) that impact financial reporting and compliance.
Educational Background:
Pursuing or completed CA Articleship under ICAI.
Should have cleared at least one group of CA Intermediate examinations (or equivalent).
