Responsibilities:
Drafting and vetting of documents and legal agreements.
Annual Filings and Returns
Other legal and secretarial activities
Working on compliance as per Companies Act, RBI, FEMA, etc.
Maintaining statutory registers and secretarial/compliance audit.
Communication with various stakeholders like shareholders, regulators, Government authorities.
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
Implementing new procedures and administrative system.
