Experience in Direct Taxation / Corporate Taxation Advisory & Litigation Services at reputed consulting / CA firms / Industry
Practical experience of representation at Tax department is essential

Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA’s)
1. Tax litigation preparation & representation of assessments, appeals and petitions including at CIT, CIT (A), DRP, AAR & ITAT levels.
2. Consultation & Advisory on Direct Taxation (Domestic & International).
3. Advisory on international tax issues such as Cross Border Transactions, DTAA aspects, Withholding Tax, Permanent Establishments, Foreign Company Strategies, Repatriations etc.
5. Interacting with Senior Management of Clients groups - mainly large Corporates from diverse industries for successful completion of assignments and maintaining a good working relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
