• Qualified CA, CS with good academic background.
• Knowledge of law, finance, business management or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years’ proven experience in a compliance officer role.
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
1) Job Description:
Looking for young & dynamic professional who has the following key skills with respect to regulatory, statutory matter:
• Understanding of regulations issued by RBI, SEBI with respect to NBFCs, Banks etc.
• Hand-on experience of working with an NBFC, MFI is of added advantage.
• Ability to interpret regulations, do cross linkage with the status etc. wherever applicable.
• Experience of writing notes, policy, and documentation is required.
• Part of compliance, audit team of an NBFC, Bank, MFI is added advantage.
• Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
