@ Hariharan and others: And yes his name is Florian ( Flo).  I wont say he inspired me. I would rather say he's the nicest person I ever met. I'm not even sure if anyone can be this amazing (among the entire 7 BILLION population in the world). He's far too kind, too caring, too honest, too humble and too polite.

Not only he's the nicest but also the smartest among all the people I met till date. Whatever he says makes immense sense. And he won't say anything just to please me. If I'm doing something wrong, he would tell me not to do it; and in a very very polite and cool way.  For instance, a couple of days back, when I was talking to him and told him about something that I wanted to do (which isn't okay to do actually), he replied (extract), "nah that's not really cool, but if that's what you needa do *shrugs"

Well in this context, it is a gesture that is performed by lifting both shoulders up, and is an indication of an individual not knowing what to answer to something. You'll be able to understand clearly what exactly it means if you look the pic below.

Yes, I knew someone is going to tell this. I actually thought of mentioning (in the initial post) something like this, "except your parents, siblings and yourself." But then thought it would look silly and so just mentioned "except your parents and siblings'.

But If I Start Personally, Then First Will come My Mom and Some My Friends.

One of the director of the company,his kindness with  the workers & way of dealing with the problems inspire me a lot...even if he's from a small village,bt level of thinking,experience imagination is aussum of dat person..!!
