Having income from agriculture, bank interest and income from hair cutting saloon.
Maintaining no amount books
Which ITR should use? Please guide

Thank you sir but I am not maintaining books as Income is below 3 lakh.. Am I eligible for ITR 3

Though ITR3 can be filed for presumptive assessment also (i.e. no accounts case), but if your aggregate income is below 3 lakhs (including agricultural income)........ in that case you may choose to file ITR2 (bit easier) and declare saloon income under 'Income from Other Sources'.

Yes, ITR3 can also be used for 'No account Case' ; but its little bit tricky for beginners..... Most of the times defective notice are served for such incorrect filling.
