ITR-2 shall be submitted which is for salary income & other income (excluding Business & profession)

If commission income is of business nature then ITR-4 is to be filled otherwise ITR-2 will be filled

ITR-2 is to be filled............. ITR-4 would be filed if Income is from Business/Profession........... which is not the case here................

ITR 2 needs to be used for SALARY INCOME.
ITR 4 IS for BUSINESS income

ITR2 is for you if:
So you shold use ITR 4
