I have recently formed HUF and also obtained PAN card for the same. For some reason, it is required to change name of the HUF. Is it possible to change name of HUF ? Will it need fresh HUF deed ? or will it need an affidavit for the same ? What document will be needed to submit to NSDL in support for requesting change of name in PAN ? Pls help.
