whether to convert to IPCC or not

Navin, as of now, its better to convert if u can sincerely follow IPCC itself.

Reg PE-2, ICAI must have developed unnecessary mentality that you are writing so many times and not clearing, What you will do this time also, that mentality and ICAI's money making scheme, are setting examiner against PE-2 students in my opinion.....
