Whether i am eligible for may 2013 ipcc exam

hey friends.. I cleared group 2 in pcc..now i m planning to register for ipcc under unit scheme..my query is that whether i am eligible to give ipcc exam in may 2013 if i registered now for ipcc? Whether period of 8 months before giving ipcc is applicable also to student who cleared any group in pcc?
