What is the due date for PF Annual Return

Hi

What is the due date for filing PF Annual Return? As i understand, the due date is 30th April. But i hear that there is a notification which highlights about a grace period and with grace period, the due date stands as 31st May. Can any one confirm and if possible share the relevant notification?

There is no grace period for ESI & PF return.
