What do to

  we have filed  gst return upto July 2018 ,
1. some purchase  showing  gst2a   in the period of  July 2017 to mar  2018 ,but  we no entry in our accounts , now what do to? (if annual return  take input (or) next month return August 2018)
2.  some purchase made bill avaliable ,  but seller not filed return , in this case , in future i  gst to be paid ? ( seller's payment through bank) now seller not avaliable
