GENERALLY --
Form 20B - Annual Return (within 60 days from date of AGM)
Form 23AC, 23ACA - Balance Sheet and P&L Account (within 30 days from date of AGM)
and if private co. has paid up capital more than 10 lacs, then Form No. 66 - for filing 'Compliance Certificate' with ROC.
Apart from this, there may be some OCCASIONAL forms to be filed with ROC e.g. Form No. 8 for registering charge etc.
Out of above all, your so called 'Return' is only one i.e. Form 20B - Annual Return
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
