Want transfer

I am very upset due to the new Articleship Transfer announcement.

My father expired 5 years ago & till now my mother was the only source of income. Due to her health problems she is unable to continue working & we have totally become dependant upon my syster, who is in mumbai.

Since we have to go to mumbai & live with my sister. I want to get transfer from Jaipur to Mumbai.

Kindly suggest, what to do?
