1.As the hospital income is exempted u/s 80IB and when the TPA Parties pay the amount they charge professional fees u.s194J and want to know the documents to be submitted to A.O for claiming NO deduction TDS/

Dear Mam,
TPAs are required to deduct TDS on payments made to Hospital as clariofied by Circular No. 8/2009 ated 21.11.2009
In order to get certificate of Lower/Nil deduction - Form 13 is to be filed read with Rule 28AA & Sec 197
