Vat rate on mayonnaise?? 5%?

Please help me guys urgently to clarify rate of VAT on mayonnaise. Many traders are using rate of 5%, but under which 'name of product' I should categorise it?

Mayonnaise is a sause the ingredients of which are: eggs, sugar, salt, olive oil, mustard, pepper..
