I think all electrical and electronic goods fall under the catergory of Input tax restricted goods. Hence you set off is not available unless it is meant for resale.

computeres / furnitures / and electric appliances are in negative list of VAT act, no input credit available on these items,
exception : a person dealing in such goods would be eligible for input credit for set off the vat liablity on sale of such goods.

Dear Friends
Assests which relates with manufacturing of products in which you deal is only available for Input Claim.
or
Products in which you do trading viz. Purchase only for Sale not for prsonal use or personal use than sale is available for Input Claim.
In yours case both conditions are not satisfied so you can not avail such benefits of Input Claim. Enjoy benefit on Depreciation @ 60% on Computers.
