I am from Andhra Pradesh,
we are doing the fisheries business, we transport the fishes to north india. while transporting the fishes to North India we are using the ice.
Fisheries business is exempted from VAT, ice we purchased attracks the VAT.
Now we are intersted to acquire the ice plant so that we directly consume.
So can I able to avoid the VAT, since there is no sale element of the ice, moreover ice is incidental to my fisheries business.
Please suggest whether I able to avoid the VAT
