I am working with ltd company. whose branch is more than 5 in Delhi , 1 in U.P & 2 is in Haryana. The corporate send the goods inter state as well as within the state.
The Qustion is
1)if we send the goods into inter state against F form. what is vat libilities
2)if we send the goods into inter state without F form. what is vat libilities

Without form F means no branch transfer as per Sales Tax Department hence for the purpose to Save Vat it is advisable to received/issue from F if inter-state branch transfer takes place.
Goods receiver is the issuer of statutory mvat forms.
