my question is, i am a resident of gujarat, if suppose i have a resale state certificate, and if i am buying goods(i.e. frozen breads, sauces food items) from delhi am i supposed to pay cst. if yes then how much. and if i use the products for resale within the state am i supposed to pay vat for it. if yes then how much.

are u a CA Student, and undergoing PCC/IPCC then Institute will not question u on state VAT and also the above question can be anwered only by a person from Gujarat Itself by applying GVAT as i am from Kerala in KVAT there is no such certificate as resale state certificate.
I think u need to pay CST but not VAT as vat is applicable only for intrastate sale of goods.

thanks saju,, can u tel me hw much cst i got to pay on the above mentioned products and if i produce c-form then how much i got to pay.
