Sir , 

       Our Auditor has been  certified wrong balance of our bank account  & Unsecured Creditors standing as on 31.03.2012  without verifying our Bank statement in the FY  2011-12, now i want to rectify  the same , please elaborate the procedure what steps should i have required  to take in this matter .

If Tax returns were already filed I think now you can file a "revised Return" with corrected figures.
