Questions ?

1. GST Invoice Format is Addendum to Existing Format or Mandatory to be Exact Same ?

As per Drugs and Cosmetics Law Article 65 Medical Business has to mention Batchno,Expiry,Manufacturer, MRP columns in Invoice with Self and Customer Drug Licence Numbers. If these Details Absent then FDA Will File Cases Against them.

2 In GSTR-1 Is Single Invoice allowed Multiple Time ?

Pharma and FMCG Distributors Bill contain Multiple Tax combination Product in Single Invoice, Now they will appear Multiple HSN Code wise.

If Not Allowd in GST then they have to prepare Separate Tax Slab wise Invoices.

3. Is Invoice Upload and GSTR-1 are Different Activities ?

1) The requirements given in rules have to be fulfilled for it to be a tax invoice. There is no fix format of tax invoice.

2) Yes single invoice is allowed multiple times.

3) They are the same thing.

For 2) point i meant to say that under single invoice multiple hsn can be added with their respective tax rates and amounts.

Sir,

Maharashtra VAT Dept. Team Involved in Dummy Testing from 1st May to 16th May Answerd me that Server is not having provision of Same Invoice Number Double in GSTR-1.

You can have multiple items (with different HSN codes) in any single invoice.
