I have worked for around 30hrs a week. ASccording to the institute its 35hrs a week. I want transfer. My principal have agreed on the condition that I will be marked absent for the week i have served 30 hrs. I have told him to adjust the 5 hrs and cut my days accordingly. He is not ready. Kindly advice on the matter. Can I force him to do so as per rules.

actually we are 2 people who wants transfer...that is why he is not willing to give...and making weird conditions.....for the other people who are on the verge of termination he is considering hourly basis...for us he is making all such conditions...
ohhh den its but obivous he will create sum prob !! if u wnt trf jus convey him for urself not for ur other frnd otherwise u both hv to suffer xtra week or month for a'ship watevr the situation is
