Urgent !!!! Password forgot for e-Filing also Ack. No. Lost

An assessee has filed his IT Return online for the A.Y. 2007-08 and downloaded the Acknowledge-number.pdf but unfortunately he lost ITR-V on which the Ack no. was mentioned. Now When he is trying to Log on his e-Filing Account, he encountered Wrong Password problem. No problem there is a TAB "Forgot Password" but it requires Acknowledgement Number of the previous filed e-Return i.e 2007-08 which is not available. Even with the full details of PAN card he is unable to retrieve his forgotten password or even unable to get redirected for new password. he has to e-file his IT return for the A.Y. 2008-09 before 31.03.2009 urgently. How he can get the Ack. No. for the Previously filed e-Return (so that he can again download copy of ITR-V)? How he can get the Password or re-registration? Please help me to help him !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
