Upset and destressed, need help

hiiiiii friends

i am CA Final student and these days i am have got mental disturbed due to several reasons

Firstly i am 23yrs old and now when i see my school friends being engineers from IIT and NIT earning packages of 12lacs n visiting abroad at thiz age for research work, i feel depressed for myself being sitting at home idle

Secondly i am unable to concentrate for my May 2012 attempt due to the upcoming changesin IFRS, Schedule 13th, company bill and many more

thirdly , when i joined the CA course initially all people said there is a great scope in it. But due to diz May 2011 result i have seen my CA friends unemployed for several months and now employed in relatively low package.

I am unable to sleep at night.

Plz suggest. me what to do??

I am badly depressed.

No need to worry about it, just concentrate upon studies. Hope u get good job upon passing.

Remember U r Unique and different from others. and be proud that u had choosen challenging professional course. Stop Comparision. just be yourself. Think and have clarity and clear idea. feeling upset and distressed and sitting simply is of no use. Continious striving to achieve something is the criteria. Just think and change ur way of thinking. Y cant u take those issues of ur friends in positive sense. N U too can earn bit more in future. regards..

hey friend don't get upset ..u r just 23 i m 26 and even i haven't cleared IPCC i was a PEII student but due to some personal reason i doesn't appear in any single exam of PEII then after leaving it for 5 years i again decided to do it..don't think about anything just concentrate on studies don't think abt ur friends even my friends are out of india n earing good....

We r the dark horse ...when we start runing no one can beat us..Just wait for ur time n just put ur 100% thats it...forget the world..n packages...

U can do it..relax

hey u r 23 nly , nd always thinks that ur parents hav invested hopes in u not money , be positive always , if nagative thoughts came just think abt ur parents family n frnds , best of luck i know u wil crack exam

chill dear.....age should not become an obstacle in our career....if can't concentrate apply tricks like study wid your friends or join library or take help of your parents or teachers or friends to cope up wid the problem.........also rememberthe key that to make a palace it takes a number of years as compared to build a building..so never mind if u face delay due to certain problems..just free your mind and open to the books with a positive attitude and see the difference..gd luck.....................

Just Relaxxxxxxxxx & listen the song "kyon tarasta hai................" song of hindi movie corporate & say "All is well". Give ur 100% to this course, surely we will get more than ur expectation. This is not the time to think like this.

Dear Friend,

Tribulations are rich experiences in our life,do not be scared of those things.All the problems you have posted are mere psychological are not physical.The subjective and objective analysis of the problems can come out with the solutions such as not to compare with others,and critically updation is an essential ingredient in a professional life.If you are afraid of changes in certain Acts and reporting then how would you survive in a very challenging CA profession.Let keeping abreast with the updations be a passion in you.Jump on every amendment with great eager.Enjoy learning the joy will certainly keep you in the greatest state of mind where these petty things would not deter you.Wish you all the best.

hey dear, dont feel depressed its ur hearts faith. u cannt think when u wud become ca what is ur future. i have many friends already ca's have 4 lakh to 9 lakh salary packages. every person has great luck he alwas cut with his or her luck
